All employees invited to Verji must have their user level changed in order to increase their privileges.
Please follow the video tutorial or the written guide below.


Please follow these steps to change user level

  1. Open Verji
  2. Click your name in the upper left corner
  3. Click "Administrasjonsportal" In the dropdown menu, 
  4. Click "Company" on the left side of the screen
  5. Click "CONTACTS"
  6. Depending on how the user was invited to Verji, their location may vary.
    1. If the person was invited to Verji with a "Company" link, please find the name of the company they belong to.

    2. If the person was invited to Verji with a "Person" link, you must find their name.

  7. Click "Open" Once you have found the company/person

  8. Click "Change user type" next to person and  

  9. Confirm that you have selected the correct user

  10. Click "Change user type"



The user type has now been changed in your company and the users privileges has been increased.
The user will be able to:
