Error: Unable to identify User. What to do when you get this message.
When you try to change the email address of your Verji user, and you get this message:
There is a few important points to follow when changing your email address:
- This must be done on the same device, so you cannot change the email address on the pc and confirm with the phone.
- This must also be done on the same browser, you open up a new tab and log in to the email address you want to switch to and where you received the verification email.
This is happening as a security measure.
