Verji update needs reloading

When Verji is updated, in some cases, parts of the old version will be left locally on your PC (stored in the browser cache), these will over time be replaced by newer versions of Verji.

If you are unable to download attachments after Verji has been updated, you may need to make a hard reload.
This is done by pressing F-12 to bring up a console on the website. Then you right-click the Reload button and select Clear Buffer, and run a hard reload. You can then press the F-12 again to remove the console window.



In Edge you will sometimes select DevTools.
