If the file you are trying to save only get previewed, please change the settings of your browser.

The exhample below is for the browser Mozilla Firefox.

• Go to "Settings" by tapping on the icon in the upper right corner of your browser.
• Tap on "Settings"

• Scroll down to "Files and Programs"
• Select the file type that you want to save and don't open automatically (usually PDF)
• Tap "Open in Firefox" (next to the file extension) and change it to "Always ask"
