Security settings is blocking file downloads

As part of the standard security in your web browser, there are some file types that are blocked because they may contain something harmful. To allow these types of files to be downloaded in Verji, you need to approve that you trust what is being downloaded.
We recommend that you for extra security use an anti-virus program, other than the program that came with your computer.


Chrome

Approve all content from client.prod.verji.app

Shortcut: chrome://settings/content/insecureContent 

  • Open settings in Chrome by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of your browser.
  • Select Privacy and Security.
  • Select Site Settings.
  • Select client.prod.verji.app
  • Select verji.app
  • In the drop-down menu, select Insecure Content, and select Allow.


Edge

Approve all content from client.prod.verji.app

Shortcut: edge://settings/content/insecureContent 

  • Open settings in Edge by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of your browser. 
  • Select Cookies and Site Permissions.
  • Select Insecure Content.
  • Click the ''Add''- button under ''Allow''.
  • Write client.prod.verji.app, and click the ''Add''-button.
