How can I tell if the recipient has seen my message/file?

To see if a recipient has read your message, you can check their icon on the far right.

If the recipient has not added a profile picture, they will have the first letter in their name as their icon.

Here you can see the icon, with a profile picture, is above the last message sent. The message has not been read.

Here you can see the icon has dropped down to the same level as the last message sent. The message has been read.

By holding your marker (arrow) on the recipient's icon, you will see the time of when the message was seen.
If a message is left un-read by the recipient for ten minutes, an e-mail will be sent to them with a message saying they have an un-read message in Verji. This e-mail includes a link to Verji's log-in screen.
