Notification that you have unread messages

If someone has sent you an attachment or message in Verji and this is left unread for more than 10 minutes, an e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your Verji account. 


If the e-mail does not appear, it may be due to the fact that you have checked "Unsubscribe" in a previously sent notification, which causes e-mail notifications to be turned off in Verji.


To turn e-mail notifications back on, go to All settings > Notifications.


Check under settings in Verji that "Enable notifications for this account" is on.



If the email notification deactivates itself when you log back in after you have activated it, then you need to log into Verji in a browser you have not logged into before and click 'Enable' when asked if you want to turn on notifications.
